The office is led by Mr. Hietem Ali Isa, who brings extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and financial consulting. Founder & CEO
Mr. Hietem Ali Isa is a certified public accountant and legal auditor in Libya with over 17 years of professional experience in financial management, investment, and accounting. He has held leadership roles in prominent financial and investment institutions such as the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA) and the Libyan Foreign Bank (LFB).
He holds a Master’s degree in Management from M.B University in Belgrade, Serbia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Gharyan. His roles have included project management, investment evaluation, and business development, giving him deep expertise in financial planning, analysis, and business negotiation.
